  • Mix all ingredients

    In a bowl, whisk the egg and milk together using a whisk until well blended. Add BASE Pancake Mix and gently stir for 30 seconds.

  • Cook on a griddle

    Heat a griddle over medium heat and lightly cool on a damp cloth. Pour half of the batter onto the griddle and cook over low heat for about 2.5 to 3 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook for another 2.5 to 3 minutes.

    If using an electric oven, cook at 180°C

  • Serve

    Enjoy with butter, maple syrup, or honey according to taste preferences.

          ②Stir until thickened, then pour into a mug.

          ➀Place ingredients A in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
          Pro tip: Sifting the pancake mix before adding will make the batter fluffier.

          ②Melt butter (B), add to step ➀, and mix well.

          ③Pour step ② into a waffle maker and bake. Adjust baking time according to the machine.

          Frying oil of your choice (here using rice bran oil)

          ➀Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
          Pro tip: Sift the pancake mix before adding to make the batter fluffier.

          ②Cut baking paper into approximately 5cm x 5cm squares. Spoon an appropriate amount of batter onto the paper.

          ③Heat frying oil in a pan to about 150°C. Place the batter from step 2, along with the baking paper, into the pan.

          ④Fry for 1 minute, then flip and fry for another 1 minute. Remove the baking paper and fry for an additional 1 minute on each side.
